At one metal festival here once, his fiance came on stage on what was supposed to be their wedding (luck it happened to be that day) and all the bands there did this huge tribute.
I almost cried from the awesomeness D:

That's really amazing saw Scott Ian with with his custom Dime Bag guitar last friday it was really epic :)
